Shipping policy

  1. Shipping location and delivery time
    Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Greece, covering global delivery (restricted in some countries/regions).
    Processing time: After order confirmation, it will take 15 to 30 working days to prepare the goods and ship them (the processing time may be extended for large equipment or customized products).
    Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number. You can check the progress through the official website of the carrier.
  2. Delivery range and restrictions
    Supported regions: Priority delivery is given to EU countries. For other regions (such as North America and Asia), customs policies need to be verified.
    Embargo list: Due to international transportation regulations, some high-power electric equipment may not be delivered to specific countries.
  3. Transportation costs and tariffs
    Freight calculation: Automatically generated based on product weight, volume and destination (displayed in real time on the settlement page).
    Tariff liability: Duty-free within the European Union. Import duties may arise from non-EU regions and shall be borne by the recipient.
  4. Delay and Exception Handling
    Force majeure: Extreme weather, customs inspection, etc. may cause delays. We will notify you by email.
    Unreceived package: If the logistics shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact customer service within 7 days for assistance in investigation.
