Nature of the commodity
Sports equipment products (such as fitness equipment, accessories, etc.) are customized and hygiene-sensitive goods. For safety and hygiene reasons, once sold, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exceptional cases
Transportation damage: If the goods are damaged during delivery, please provide photo/video evidence to the customer service email guessuous@sportequipds.com within 48 hours after signing for the goods. We will reissue them free of charge or negotiate compensation.
If the received goods do not match the order, please contact customer service within 48 hours and provide the order number and photos of the actual items.
